Today, there's growing disillusionment with current modes of governance, education and big business in the world. At the same time a sense of global citizenship is emerging, calling for an inspiring, new way forward for how we operate locally, nationally & globally in all aspects of life. That new possibility I call murmurocracy ... modelled on the phenomenon of thousands of starlings moving in flawless unison without a single leader.
- theocracy: ruled by religious leaders or a deity; religious doctrine dictates the law of the land.
- autocracy: absolute power is held by a single individual or a small, unchecked ruling elite.
- democracy: political power is vested in the people, allowing citizens to participate in decision-making, either directly or through elected representatives.

- leaderful with visionary source(s) called to bring the project / vision to fulfilment;
- organically inclusive of those called to participate in whatever way matches their passions & genius;
- operates fluidly on a sense of greater understanding & collective resonance;
- ideas & contributions are celebrated & sourced into an innovative co-creation;
- uses collaborative genius fusion: the exponential outcome of fusing the genius of multiple genii to make something more extraordinary than any of the parts;
- recognises the potency of potential that's trying to emerge through the project / vision / business;
- produces outcomes that satisfy & supersede the original intention.
