• recognise new potential & possibilities waiting to emerge;

• create form, shape & reality for the ‘as yet unformed’, which can include putting language to what’s trying to emerge;

• know the difference between sourcing & leading;

• understand when it’s yours to do or someone else’s;

• know when to move aside or step away;

• be in the joy of murmurating together.
